Domson’s Engineering is announcing a vacancy for the position of Project Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project planning;
• Preparation of a coordinated work plan-schedule;
• Negotiating with contractors;
• Agree on the specification of materials required for the project;
• Planning-coordinating the procurement of necessary materials for the project;
• Pre-planning of resources required for the project (labor resources, machinery, tools and temporary structures);
• Coordination of labor safety and environmental care measures;
• Prepare a weekly work plan;
• Daily monitoring of work progress;
• Quality control of the performed works;
• Meeting with engineers and clients to prepare engineering decisions;
• Preparation of work report;
• Managing the project according to the approved schedule and budget;
• Preparation of the budget for the next period based on the planned work;
• Preparation of acceptance acts;
• Control of the customer's financial liability;
• Manage, monitor and interpret project-related documents;
• Control of work planning and execution; Day-to-day supervision, supervision of subcontractors and engineering-technical staff;
• Negotiation with partners;
• Work quality control;
• Estimation, accounting documentation, work with legal contracts, procurement, price regulation;

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education in technical or business administration;
• At least 2 years of experience as a project manager;
• Ability to read and distinguish engineering drawings;
• Knowledge of office software (Word, Excel);
• Knowledge of Russian and English languages.
